MassDOT Highway Division will oversee the Design/Build team that includes the following members and disciplines:

• Walsh Construction Company leads the Whittier Bridge construction.
• McCourt Construction leads the roadway and other bridge construction.
• HNTB leads final design and engineering for bridge, civil, geotechnical, environmental, electrical and lighting systems, as well as bridge architecture and construction support services.
• Specialty subconsultants include:
  • Green International Affiliates for drainage, utilities, survey, right-of-way and support on structural design.
  • Public Archaeology Laboratory for cultural resources.
  • Regina Villa Associates for public involvement and outreach.
  • Shadley Associates for landscape architecture.
  • Genesis Structures for demolition and erection engineering.
